30 DAYS OF GROWTH $145 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • 30 Days of Individual and Collective Growth - Exploring Ahimsa. January 11th through February 9th 2024

To Expand your yoga practice by weaving in meditation, breath and somatic practices, explore ahimsa and becoming aware of teachers and resources to continue this work as a way of life.

In this 30 day program we will:
-Plan how to minimize and disrupt harm
-Move, flow, sway, wiggle, and spin together
-Practice meditations, breathing and somatic practices
-Journal
-Gain resources to continue this work

The Goals of the program are:
-Bring your devotion and dedication, it’s not about perfecting, it’s about showing up as
you are willing to learn and grow.
-Take 3 Synergy yoga classes a week (8 class offerings every week in both the AM and
PM with a variety of teachers)
-Join the welcome class on Saturday, January 11 th at noon where we will flow and get to
know one another
-Join the closing class on Sunday, February 9 th at 12:30p where we will practice what
we’ve learned so we can continue the work
-At your own pace complete the journal prompts, meditations, breathing and somatic
practices (these will all be available to you in a resource booklet as well as covered in
classes during the 30 days)

This plan is active from Jan 11th through Feb 9th and includes unlimited access to all class types including the WELCOME and the CLOSING classes to start and end the 30 days of growth series.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The single month membership automatically expires after the month with no recurring payments due. There is no ability to cancel or refund the initial payment once the plan is active (EG member has taken the first class)

ALL LEVELS | 60 MINUTES

HIIT the weights, then hit your mat! This 60 minute class will be split up between 30 minutes of our high intensity interval training class, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. You will then transition to your mat, where you will regain control of your breath and flow mindfully through a series of postures meant to help strengthen and lengthen your muscles, steady your mind, and calm your heart.
