A series of postures, inspired by the flow of the breath, built to powerfully shift the energetic frequency of the mind, heart, and spirit. While each flow sequence, theme, and playlist will be unique to the teacher, you can expect that each sequence builds upon the one before it, guiding your practice to become deeper and richer throughout the class and across time. Our aim is for you to leave feeling a sense of mindfulness or presence, a deeper connection to self, and a renewed sense of both wakefulness and ease.

A 30-minute express format of our traditional 45-minute sweat-inducing cycle class, followed by 28 minutes of a powerful, restorative flow to strengthen, stretch and lengthen- and of course, continue that breath-centric, focused, disciplined practice for the mind! This class aims to provide you with a beautiful marriage of yin and yang.

HIIT the weights, then hit your mat! This 60 minute class will be split up between 30 minutes of our high intensity interval training class, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. You will then transition to your mat, where you will regain control of your breath and flow mindfully through a series of postures meant to help strengthen and lengthen your muscles, steady your mind, and calm your heart.
