CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of membership must be done by email, phone, or in-person. We enforce a "30 day notice" cancellation policy, so your final bill will be prorated 30 days out from the date of cancellation. If using promo code "INTRO", cancellation requests will only be accepted AFTER your first month
