Terms and conditions for Monthly Recurring Membership - $145.00
1. Member Access - This membership entitles the member to access all classes offered by Synergy Winston Salem as long as the dues are paid in advance.
2. Membership Fees - The member has opted for the unlimited monthly membership and has to pay $145 per month to access the Gym. Monthly memberships are paid in advance monthly, on the calendar date the membership has started, for the following month. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged if payment is declined for any reason.
3. Terms - Your membership will begin on the date of purchase, and applies to the first month Synergy is open. You will not be charged again until the second month - one month after our opening date.
